"Aric was the perfect place to stay on our first visit to Fernie. We were passing through town, not to ski or bike, just explore during the off season.The location was convenient for us to walk everywhere, from trails along the river, checking out shops in the downtown core and tasty places to eat.The unit was comfortable and fully equipped to make our stay enjoyable. Looking forward to returning again one day :)"

"The hotel is working hard to go green, ie no trash bags in rooms just cans, water bottle fill station and so on. Theres a kitchen with tables you can cook in as well as Bbq outside. Theres a hot tub outside and a grassy dog area to relieve themselves complete with garbage can. The stay with the dogs was great, no smell or dog hair anywhere. Beds and pillows were great, best sleep Ive had in a while! Location is between town and the ski hill so that’s great too."

"It was a little noisy as they have a lot of construction workers staying. The room I had faces the highway and was quite noisy into late hours, and I had breakfast in the restaurant and found it to be very good"

"C’est situé proche de tout: trail, resto, terrasse et autres commodités. Les points négatifs: il n’y a plus de piscine ( ils l’ont remplis de béton 😢). La place est propre, mais manque un peu d’amour et le ménage pourrait être un tantinet plus minutieux. Il y a très peut de couverts et verres malgré que la chambre pouvait accueillir 6 personnes. Le prix est bien pour une chambre avec cuisinette comme nous avions. J’y retournerais n’importe quand!!!"
