The staff were welcoming and friendly. The bed was comfortable, the water temperature and preasure was great. The size of the room was fantastic. There was mold behind the glass of the art in the bathroom. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers are hanging on the wall in the shower that you will hit hou arm on them, guaranteed. I was very disappointed the indoor pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, I was really looking forward to using them.

Quiet and restful
Beds were very comfortable and the room very clean. Stayed going to Florida and coming back. Need to put a mirror in the bed area so additional people can get dressed while someone is in the bathroom. Great place for a night of rest.

No bells
The room had air conditioner that made a lot of noise. Their were 2 of us in room for 2 nights. We got 2 towels and 2 washcloths. For coffee, 1 K cup of regular and one of decaf. Do not see way the ratings are so high.

Great stay!
Overall stay was great, staff was amazing, pool and hot tub area was incredibly dangerous! The handrail was broke out of cement and step on second set of steps was hanging by screw.

Comfy beds, the A/C makes a weird washing machine noise but it put me right to sleep. Very nice lounge to drink coffee while the kids were still sleeping.

Very clean property. We checked in late after being on the road for 9 hrs. Staff member was no where to be found. When she finally came out, she acted as if my presence was a huge inconvenience. Also, the staff member smelled like they had been smoking weed before I walked in. Once I got my family up to the room, it was 1 king and twin pull out sofa bed. I was so tired and lacking the energy to change rooms with all our stuff we just dealt with it. At check out, day staff was much more accommodating and reimbursed me for the 1 king vs 2 queen room. Very clean hotel, just be aware of night shift and their attitude.

We had called earlier in the morning about early check-in. The front desk clerk said they had a room ready and she would go ahead and reserve it for us. When we arrived the clerk was very friendly and polite. We quickly got to our room. It was nice, roomy, clean, and comfortable. All of the staff we encountered was friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The first two concierge were just doing their job - not friendly. The concierge at check out was extremely nice. The area seemed safe and the lobby lounge area was large and impressive.
