The living area is very spacious for easily accommodating large groups. The first floor contains an open floor plan with luxury vinyl plank flooring, a chef’s kitchen featuring a coffee bar, large island, and ample counter space, a cozy breakfast nook, and a formal dining room perfect for groups. A gas fireplace in the spacious living room adds warmth and charm. Upstairs is an expansive primary king suite with a walk-in closet, dual vanities, soaking tub, and separate shower. The second floor also includes three generously sized queen bedrooms with two having access to a covered porch. Each bedroom has a large closet.
