Check in was breeze. Ms Sue offered excellent customer service. Please give her a raise! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was the cherry on top. Will stay again. Thank you Ms Sue. You’re awesome ❤️

Wasn’t sure about the location at first. Didn’t think it was a safe area and wasn’t sure. But the parking lot was extremely well lit, the staff was friendly, and I didn’t have an issue. One of the cleanest rooms I’ve been in, too.

There were a few places in walking distance! Not a far drive to other parts of town & not even far from th beach either. Employees were kind & room was clean.

Room was very nice. The bathroom could have been cleaned a little There was some hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower. Breakfast was very nice lots of options. Staff was great. Very friendly and informative

Accidently left Apple Airpods in hotel room day of check-out. Once I noticed, used Apple "Find My" app to see where I last had them. Confirmed it was the hotel room at 6:27 am, the minute I last left the room. Called hotel expecting they were being held by housekeeping dept. lost and found. Said they didn't have it. Explained the Find My app confirming it was left in room (and surely found by cleaners). Said they'd have Hotel Manager research the matter and contact me. Haven't heard a word. Apparently at Comfort Inn Melbourne - Viera a "Finder's Keepers, Losers Weepers" policy is in play.

Rather noisy with the renovation going on, but that ended at 6pm. Would have been an issue if we had kids that needed a nap Room was good. You might look at the design in the shower. Hard to use the door unless you stand in the shower to close it. Weird planning

Holiday Visit
It was an overnight stay so we could visit family in Melbourne for the holidays. The hotel was fine, we really didn't use any of the amenities or even have the free breakfast. We were in the room maybe a total of 12 hrs. Our check out was on the 29th and I'm still waiting for the $50.00 security deposit to be credited back to my charge account. I understand it can take up to 10 days. I guess my one complaint would be about the parking. With two hotels side by side it really didn't designate what parking was for which hotel & was rather limited.
