I expected a king bed, and all they have are queen beds. We paid for an ocean front condo, and we couldn’t even see the ocean because of high shrubs blocking the view. They also didn’t have decent WiFi, it wouldn’t hold on our phones, and they didn’t allow streaming on the TV’s to receive Netflix, or other options. There was also no outdoor hose or water available to wash off feet from the beach.

I love this place. The heated pool hot tub sauna and restuarant. Best clam chowder ever. Great location and Nearby shopping . Close to pier and cruise port.very friendly staff. Also saw a rocket from our balcony

Great amount of space for families. We had 2 BR unit and sleeper sofa in living room, so 5-6 people no problem. The sleeper sofa is not that comfortable though - but that's usually the case. All rooms face the ocean, although 2nd floor the trees block a bit of the view, but it's also a nice view and you see some Florida wildlife. Outdoor pool is heated - I'm thinking upper 70s? Warm enough to swim even if the air temperature is colder. Hot tub is nice too. We didn't use the basketball or tennis courts that are on top of the garage, but they look in good shape. Plenty of parking. Staff seemed nice. Property overall is in good condition. Good location, grocery store nearby - full kitchen helps families save money for eating. This is our second time staying here and probably won't be the last!

Great place at a great price. I went in January to see rockets being launched at Cape Canaveral, Cocoa beach is the place to be for that and this hotel was great. It's not band new, but not outdated, clean, quiet and everything I need.

Great oceanview from the room and excellent location (located on the beach, five minutes walk to Publix). The bed was uncomfortable and the condo needs better soundproofing.

Loved our stay! Traveling with a child can be hectic and she is often bored; however, not at this place! Plenty of fun and excitement to keep children entertained and adults too!!

Great for larger families!
Great accommodations for a larger family! We had a 3 bedroom apartment style so we could all spread out. Some parts of the room could use an update, like the smaller bedroom showers, but they still worked and gave our older kids the ability to have some privacy. Great things to do in the area & hotel itself. We liked that housekeeping was limited so we could just relax.

The condo was very nice. Bring your own TP as they supply only 1 ply. The bar/restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday. Also they don’t open until 12 and close at 8 during the week. I assume it is due to lack of staff. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Condo was clean and comfortable. Pool was. Nice also.

No toiletries provided. No daily housekeeping. Lower floor units have no beach view. No apologies from staff with regard to that or assigning us an accessible room when not requested. Bed had a date on the mattress of 2014. Ick.

Very clean, quite spacious. It was nice to have a full condo, not just a hotel room. The decor was a little dated and the bed was creaky. But beach access was easy (wish we would have been higher up for a better view) and it was very close to several good restaurants and a grocery store. Pool was pretty good size too, they had live music, and it was nice to use the basketball and tennis courts with the kids. Mostly older couples seemed to be there. Restaurant was closed during our visit.

Could the room have needed updating slightly? Yes. BUT, the friendly staff, view in the room, accommodating us and the price offset that? YES. Could not have been more pleased. Centrally located and they do have a cute Tiki bar, pool and amenities for the kids. More of an adult atmosphere though, which we wanted. Highly recommended all around.
