Pros: The view over the ocean was spectacular.
Cons: Some of the staff were friendly but overall the staff was lackluster at best.
Location: Not much
This is an older property that is partially renovated. The building where our room was located only had exterior room doors which makes it feel more like a motel than a hotel. The location was clean but dated. Only limited chair (20) and umbrella (5) rentals exist. They run out very quickly. The pool and hot tub are small but clean.

Suitcases rolled along the pavers outside our first floor room kept us up at night. Breakfast was good. Doorman very helpful.

Definitely not worth it to pay extra for a costal view- you still won't get it. I did, and I ended up with a view of the building next to us and the people staying there on their balconies. The hotel was ok. There was usually a few people in the elevators jumping from floor to floor to figure out which ice machine worked. Parking is $10, but when we got back from dinner we found that there was no available space in the parking lot that we paid to use.

Not a four star hotel

This hotel has not had any upgrades in some time. The rooms are dirty looking with worn carpet and damaged furniture. The security latches on my door were torn off. There was a room dehumidifier that was loud enough to wake up neighbouring rooms. As far as cleanliness, most surfaces were wiped down by housekeeping but not cleaned including toilets and tub. Coffee mugs were rinsed and put back instead of replaced with clean ones. The pool was nice as was the ocean view.

Pros: Clean good room small but ocean front
Cons: Did not tell us on Expedia the hidden cost of parking at the hotel
Location: GREAT for walking to places on on the beach
Usually stay at the Hilton this hotel was better breakfast and music good people friendly

Great location.

Overall we had a great time staying at this hotel. The only real issue came at the very end of our stay when there was a mix up about a shuttle to airport. Although the bellman was extremely rude, the front desk did handle the situation very well.

This is a nice 3 star hotel

The rooms have a good view of the ocean. The pool does not get a lot of direct sun, and water was very cold. The staff was very nice.

Just awful.

Given room on the 5th floor of the South Tower. 1. Elevator stuck between 4th and 5th 2. Rug in room wet. 3. Shower handle didn't regulate the water temp. 4. Very loud machine noise in room...all night. 5. Vending machine and ice machine not working Finally 6.They attempted to charge for parking per night. I didn't have a car. The desk person said "we always add this to everyone's bill, we will take it off the bill if you bring it to our attention". Sounds like a revenue scam to me. I brought this to the hotels attention. I was told that I would get a call from the management. No call....nothing.
