(189 reviews) Amazing hotel rooms and common areas, a true museum ! Breakfast was excellent, service was excellent. I have not visited the spa so I cannot speak towards it. There are 2 things that really bothered me. I booked and paid 2 nights in the suite which had a king bed and a sofa bed . At booking time I marked 2 adults and a child 6 years old. When I checked in I asked to prepare the sofa bed and the manager promptly asked for extra 12 Euro ! I said that is why I booked the suite and she said that she has sent an email “ Hello, Do you need extra bed for child?” The email was sent in the afternoon and I was driving for about 3 hours . I checked the email only when she told me about it . Anyway, I have never been asked about extra pay for the bedding, neither have I seen the requirement while booking . Nevertheless it was very annoying and spoiled my vacation mood . The second aspect that warrants improvement for such a visually appealing hotel is the procurement of higher-quality mattresses. Additionally, it would be beneficial to consider replacing the two adjacent mattresses with a single king-sized mattress.
