It has a lovely 120 m² living room (with a large fireplace), six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a garden of around 1,000 m². Tennis court, swimming pool, billiards table, games room - we're waiting for you!

\- A 120 m² living room with lounge, sofa, fireplace (wood provided) and dining room  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen, including a large cooking hob with Falcon double oven, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (small bath)  
\- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (bath)  
\- Separate WC  
First floor:  
\- A large games room with table football, cinema screen, board games, books and comics  
\- Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room and WC
