"This was my second stay at this property, and unfortunately, my last. The first stay was, by far, much better. We stayed for two nights on this second trip. Pros: Good breakfast, River room views are beautiful, Property is conveniently located to various eateries and highways. Cons: Upon check-in, we found that the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. I called the front desk to request a replenishment and was told that she would contact Housekeeping. However, after 45 minutes of not receiving it, I was on my way to the front desk and found a housekeeping employee and told him about the situation. He replaced it right away but told me that the front desk never contacted him. Our second negative involved the housekeeping staff not changing the towels left on the floor in the bathroom. We returned at approximately 4 pm after being out all day. I approached the front desk and asked if we needed to request that the room be cleaned, but was told no, and that it was automatically scheduled. I informed her about the towels not being changed out and she was surprised. She asked that I bring the dirty ones to the front desk and that she would happily change them out, which I did. I left the property thinking that the lack of detail and attention had diminished at the property and will consider other properties on my next visit."

"The view and hot tub was the only good thing about this place!Master bedroom ceiling looked like it could come down anytime had pieces crumbing into the floor the bedrooms and whole house had a terrible musky smell almost like the home was molded which by the looks of the interior that was a good possibility if you stayed in the home for more than an hour you developed a headache, the air filter also looked as if it hadn’t been changed in well over a month. We braved it for one night but sat up most of the night going out for fresh air.The house was surface clean but had some deeper issues. We tried to get relocated but the local vacassa property manager told us she couldn’t relocate us because there wasn’t any real issue. And offered to bring over a dehumidifier which was definitely a red flag obviously they must of known the house had some moisture issues.I’ve tried to get a refund but have yet to get anything back because we only stayed one night of Our trip. "

"Three stars does not mean it was a bad experience. The place is fine. Clean, close to town. But it is just not a top-notch hotel. It is basic. You are paying for a cheap hotel and a cheap hotel is what you get."
