"All the staff was extremely friendly. I dropped my phone unloading and returned from room to look for it. Went to front desk and it was returned to me after being able to provide details of phone physical description and lockscreen picture.

In my bathroom the shower head had no solid fixture and was just hanging from shower curtain.
I dont know if the difference is being a gold member and being in 4th floor like my friend because his was on a solid fixture.
