Take in the fresh, salty summer breeze on the fully furnished deck while gazing out at the quintessential scenery from Pig Cove. Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation any amounts paid by Guest will be refunded (less any credit card fees incurred) as follows: 100% if canceled prior to or on date six (6) months prior to Check-in Date 50% if canceled after six (6) months and before or on three (3) months prior to Check-in Date 0% if canceled after three (3) months prior to Check-in Date Please see our Rental Agreement for additional terms & conditions.
