Owner was accommodaring. Master queen bed room was not pictured in listing. Bed had no box spring it was uncomfortable and was very low to floor. When we requested some fixes, owner stated that she was aware of the bed and would fix the situation. She brought a box spring which helped. She replaced the sofa bed in the living room with several Lounge chairs, which was an improvement. We added a lamp and an end table. (ONLY ceiling lights in the house) Other two bedrooms were un used. Kitchen was okay. Cable TV in all bedrooms, No local programs available , we used HULU to get sports and local channels. The Hot tub had no water heater, cold in winter, probably ok for summer use. The owner is new to the VRBO scene and is learning the rental game.
