Great location but apartment needs updating

The photos are a bit misleading as the apartment seemed quite run down (sofa had rips in and broken chair sat in living room), and the layout is odd but the location was fantastic and the owner was very helpful, with some updating I would stay here again but would need to see improvements first

Cost effective, good location

Internet strength, stability and coverage to be improved , and some room are not covered, and the connection is not stable. Kitchen has no cleaning sponge, oven glove. Door floor beam has nail and could hurt feet if not wearing shoes.
