The hotel's location has a good parking lot, and is conveniently located near a Metro North train station to get to Manhattan. The hotel room was clean, though the carpet could be shampooed and/or replaced. The air conditioner was noisy, and malfunctioned our first night: the heat turned on when it was very warm outside. We needed to make 2 requests before a maintenance person fixed it the next day. There was no housekeeping after our first night, despite requesting it twice . Most disturbing, however, were the strong odors of tobacco and cannabis smoke that came wafting out of the vents in our bathroom and hallway. This is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel.

The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays.

The Decor was very distracting busy pattern dark colors, not inviting in my opinion.

great location, with garage spaced ( thought that is a bit confusing to figure out where the space was located); apartment was super comfy, nice size and layout, with living room/open kitchen concept (complete with all cooking and utensils ). Large bathroom w/a nice shower. Towels were wet but we worked that part out. great gym facilities in building and a fun basement equipped with (adult) games! rooftop was not open, even to enjoy the sunny day.. which meant the pool too was not available. I will definitely stay here agin

I asked to skip House keeping one day and they skipped the entire 3 day stay instead. I called and asked, they said they would send someone but it didn’t happen. Air con in rooms sounds like a freight train is coming through. Walks are thin, could hear someone’s TV blaring in another room. Food is mediocre. Rooms are cool, pool is a nice amenity but it’s not an earth shattering experience. Front desk staff was helpful with a few requests I made. Served its purpose.
