I have stayed at this property before and have always had a good experience. The facility is nice and the suites are roomy. One thing that was different this stay versus times I have stayed before is that they wanted to charge me $7 for parking. I wasn't told about this fee before hand and it was not charged to me during my initial booking, it was something charged to me after I checked in. They didn't ask me if I had a car but just charged me for the parking. I, of course, do have a car but have never been charged for it at any suburban hotel. I decided to go ask the front desk about it and, to their credit, they offered to refund it. I asked why they have it and was told that a lot of people riding the commuter rail were parking in their lot and leaving on the train. I found this strange because you are punishing the people who stay in your hotel because people not staying in your hotel are abusing your lot. Charging me $7 isn't going to stop those commuters.

First time staying at this hotel. Room was very clean. Bathroom was also very clean and no sign of wear. Noticed a couple of stains on the carpeting. Staff member at the desk didn't explain much, like I didn't see the parking permit until we were ready to check out. Also didn't see on the website that there is a $7 parking charge per day! Why? First time we've ever been charged a fee for parking in a suburb! Breakfast was your standard scrambled eggs, bacon and make-your-own waffles. Other than the parking fee surprise, this hotel is worthy of you giving it a try! Convenient to Wrentham Outlets and the Foxboro area.

Can't Believe They Were Resurfacing Bathtubs
The facility is very good. Age is showing in little ways, but this was the perfect spot. Two items: there is no whirlpool anymore, and the bar was never open. The reason for the rating is almost certainly of the control of the people onsite. Bathtub resurfacing is an incredibly toxic process, and they were doing that in an adjoining room- without any warning. The fumes started to enter the room near bedtime- making the impact even greater. Fortunately, the front desk did have a replacement room, but multiple people had to find a different room late at night.

I was at room 318, when i arrived Sunday around 5pm. I was so tired and overwhelmed. That's why i left my apt in Easton Ma to go somewhere else so i can feel much better. There was a couple in room 320 which is so close, only the wall between 2 rooms. They have been fighting, cursing, brutal, i couldn't even sleep. I tried to watch tv i couldn't hear anything and their nose drove me crazy. I called the lobby and complained and the noise still going on. Because the lady wanted the guy to leave the room and he refused to leave. It was so terrible. She kept yelling, crying, cursing purposely so the guy can leave. In the next day which is my final day i had to leave at 5am so i can go back to work. I hope i can get a refund and the can make sure that never happened again
