It has off-street parking for one vehicle, an outdoor space and conservatory. The Space: There is wifi, TV with virgin channels, travel cot, high chair and children's cutlery, books and toys. There is a large master bedroom with ensuite and main bathroom with bath and shower. Spacious living room with plenty of seating and kitchen-dining area with breakfast bar. 1 night stays can be made available on occasion, on request. The Neighborhood: Residential neighbourhood with easy access to The Avenue and walking distance to the city centre and Southampton Common. Getting Around: There are easy bus links and walking distance to city centre shops and a Tesco local. There is parking for one vehicle on the driveway in front of the garage. (The garage is not accessible during your stay). Parking on the street outside is restricted to one hour or permit only. We can usually loan our parking permit for the road outside for a second vehicle- just let us know in advance if you might need this. Interaction with Guests: I won't disturb you during your stay and you can check in at your own pace and comfort.
