Business Trip

Posted 21-Oct-2016
Pros: The room
Cons: food choice
Location: Nothing close by but drive a few miles and you'll find everything.
hotel is very nice and set in nice grounds, staff quite stern and need to smile now and again. didn't try the food as it seemed quite expensive with very little choice, so went to a very nice indian that provided good quality food (Spice Lounge, 5 miles away.) room was big and the bed was relatively comfy., i would stay again.

Great hotel

It's a rustic themed hotel with great service and look. It's located really close to the Robin Hood airport.

Pros: Rooms are very very large. Very nice touches - even has a teapot!
Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are all very spacious and extremely comfortable. I really appreciated the nice touches for example the rooms even have teapots! Am already planning our next visit.

Best Western is the best

Posted 20-Aug-2016 on Hotels
Only booked a few days before and on every criteria this is probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We were given a free upgrade to an Executive suite and enjoyed a good breakfast. A fantastic stopover so close to the A1.

Good hotel. Needs updating but nice

Posted 14-Jul-2016 on Hotels
Nice hotel, very friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is ok too. The room was a little dated and it has air conditioning advertised... But there wasn't any in the room. Cleanliness was below average. The radiator in the bathroom was filthy. There were dirty marks on the coffee table and there were hairs in the shower. Plenty of toiletries are given and two free bottles of water. However one is still and one sparkling. Normally you would get two of each. I would stay here again but I would speak to them beforehand to make sure the room that is described Is in fact the one given. Kathryn was wonderful at breakfast time. Super lady.

Stayed in this hotel 6 nights in 2 weeks Great staff and beautiful excecuitve room. But they need to buy new bed sheets as the ones they use are almost transparent. But apart from that beautiful place. Will definitely stay again. Only place to stay in Doncaster
