The resort was lovely. The view from our room was amazing. Breakfast was delicious! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. My sister and I so enjoyed our stay.

The property was okay however there was a billing problem and the person in charge of the front desk was argumentative and difficult. All other staff were friendly and courteous but the one person tainted the stay and took 5 days to resolve on my own with no assistance from Red Jacket.

Gret venue for Fall getaway
Great location. Glad we had indoor pool available since Hurricane Lee didn't allow us to enjoy outdoor pool or beach. Love the area restaurants.

I know they were closing to remodel Sunday but hallways were dirty. We waited until last second for room right at 4 pm Finally it was ready and weirdly no rooms around me were occupied. The shower drain didn’t work. Stayed here numerous times pretty disappointed this time.

Red jacket beach resort was a perfect location for our Cape Cod getaway! Love it’s central location and great amenities. Room was large and comfortable. Loved our deck overlooking the river - perfect for sunsets! A great stay!

I disliked the location of my room. I asked for an upgrade that I would have gladly paid for, but they had nothing available. I'm a 70 year old woman traveling alone and they put me on the first floor, at the parking lot entrance, first room!! Nice view of the parking lot. I made my reservation in February for September and because I made it through Expedia, I was penalized. Never again thru Expedia.

I was very disappointed on the condition of the rooms. There was a mildew smell as soon as you entered the hallway. The rooms had the same moldy smell. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. My family and I have stayed at the Red Jacket since my kids were very young. We have always loved it. I think it's time upgrades to the rooms need to happen.

Beautiful kept grounds, beach very clean, pools very nice. The rooms however, old chipped furniture, dirty bathroom, stains on slider curtain. Wished the inside was updated, they are very due for that.

Our river view room was had a beautiful view and could also see a bit of the ocean. The beach was lovely and large and lots of loungers available. Pool area beautiful. The only issues: everything shuts down early at hotel. We wanted to swim and the pool closed at 8pm. Bar and other same issue but that wasn't terrible. And paying for parking doesn't seem right, especially after paying over $300 a night.

When we checked in, our room was not cleaned properly. We requested for the room to be clean for the following day since we arrived late. We headed out on our second day to allow for the room to be clean and when arrived it was still not done properly. We spoke to Molly the manager. She was apologized and asure us it would be done properly this time. She also mentioned that she would reach out to expidia and ask for a discount to be given to us for our inconvenience.

My wife and I loved every aspect of our stay from location to beach, restaraunt, and pools.The entire staff was friendly,courteous, and professional. My wife has difficulty walking and I had asked for a first floor room if possible.The room they gave me could not have been better.We'll see you next season.

The rooms and the resort property are old and need to be updated. There are no microwaves in the rooms, towels are not available at the outdoor pool,and there weren't enough umbrellas provided on the beach. We paid $1000 for 2 nights and we got a view of the parking lot and no balcony. Totally overpriced for what you get.

Great summer !!
It was our first time there and we didn’t want to leave . My daughter was having lots of fun, grandma enjoyed herself a lot as well. We will definitely go back next summer .

The location by the ocean is beautiful as well as the convenience of having beach chairs and towels on the property. Daily live music and two pools were great. The rooms are very outdated for the value and there was an overall feel that the hotel was just getting by with what they had.

Love this place so much! Yes, it could use an update as most places on the cape do, but it’s location! Right on the beach, it’s so peaceful and beautiful here. Highly recommend. Beware of the $25 parking fee, and the breakfast buffet is expensive and not too great. However, everything else is perfection!

The beach is beautiful and being able to walk right out the door to the beach was great. The rooms were out dated and some of the hallways smelled really bad. I brought it up to manager and they said they are planning on remodeling soon. I had a massage at the spa which was awesome!! It did get loud outside at times but it was families having fun so I didnt mind.
