(Just dont take the road to the lighthouse and then climb the scree over the hill: steep and dangerous). The room was excellent. Comfortable. "If you’re thinking about staying at Owlscombe, stop thinking and just book it - you won’t regret it! We were 3 generations (10 people), including a baby, a toddler, 2 teenagers, 2 60 year olds, and a dog, and the house provided everything we needed. It was spotless, well equipped, and finished to a very high standard with quality appliances. Also the location suited us well, a 10-minute walk to the delightful Porlock Weir, and 10 minute drive to the village of Porlock. Communication with Stuart before and during our stay was friendly and prompt. Thank you Stuart, we had a great time!"
