We had three rooms reserved, one had to be refunded due to no AC and smell of marijuana in the room. Thankfully we were able to make do with only 2 rooms. The AC in our room also really struggled and it wasn’t even very hot outside. Terrible bathroom experience. There is no lock on the sliding door, and the shower is completely clear glass—not good for a privacy. Also, the sliding shower doors would not stay shut. Tried everything, but a few inches open at one end was the best we got. The breakfast was decent, but we paid additional for breakfast buffet on both our rooms but were then told once we got there that it only covered two people—we had to pay additional for the others. If we had known that before we sat down, we would have gladly saved the breakfast fee on our rooms and eaten out at a nicer establishment for the same cost. Very frustrating, and was not made clear at booking or checkin that it only included 2 guests. We travel for our kids sports constantly, and I’ve never encountered that policy. Finally, valet failed us. At checkout I was alone with my toddler and all our luggage while my husband took the other kids to where they needed to be. There was no valet attendant there and after waiting a while, I had to ask the front desk to try to contact them. Turns out they were at the airport. The front desk was able to get me my key, but then I had to walk across the parking lots with all our stuff and my toddler in tow. Beyond frustrating!

The room is good it’s a little warm through the property and the room is also a little warm and humid feeling. The air conditioning won’t go below 60.

I was there attending a conference. The property was close to venue, very clean, and very safe. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work and the shower could have been a little hotter. Great stay.

Valentines day 2/14/2024, also me and my wife's anniversary. We were informed in the middle of our stay no hot water for showers and breakfast was cancelled even though it was part of what I paid for. We were on the 7th floor and elevators diddnt work. The staff diddnt bother to inform us where the pool was or anything. No information. The Hotel manager said they would make it up to us with 2000 Mariott points(equal to $17.20). Thats not compensation, thats a joke. We will never come back to this hotel.

The front desk staff were absolutely awesome. Disappointed I that the breakfast was not included and it wasn’t very appetizing for the price.

I loved staying at this hotel. I felt very safe since Tulsa's crime has gotten so bad. I loved that nobody could go up in the elevator without their room key. The food was outstanding and everything was very clean. I will stay there again!

The roon was beautiful, the staff friendly, the location convenant, but the parking was horrible. Right in front of the main door was for valet parking. The lot adjacent was a pay to park lot. The next closest lot was roped off for valet. The furthest lot, were everyone parked, was full. We had to park over a black away

Our stay was delightful from the moment a wonderful person checked us in. The hotel is lovely with many nice amenities. Our room was quite spacious, comfortable and quiet. We thought the cost was also reasonable, given that the hotel is such a nice one. Most of all, all staff members were incredible. This includes restaurant staff while we had breakfast, the sweet server at Starbucks, and the really nice person who checked us out. Thank you and we shall recommend and return!

Top notch, just top notch. Some trouble with the elevators when we arrived and later with door locks. Other than those minor situations, tremendous room, great view of Turkey Mountain, and everything (wi-fi, frig, TV, shower) worked seamlessly. We’ll be back!

Property is well taken care of. Nice large lobby. Restaurants and a Starbucks. The staff was super courteous. The King room was perfect and the bed was super comfortable.
