"I like the room setup they just don't clean the room as often as I would have like I was there for 4 days and never clean the room one time The TV didn't work but to set up it's okay Staff real terrible me No receipts no nothing"

"The audio on the tv was out of sync. The audio was at its worst synchronization when I watched Netflix on the room tv. Almost 10 secs of delay between the video and audio. Great stay otherwise."

"I got to the hotel and around 10:00 AM. The staff made me wait for my room until 2:45 PM. Yes, 3:00 PM is their official check-in time, but leaving a 77 year old man waiting for almost five hours was bizarre. There was certainly a room ready for me before 2:45 PM...The shuttle bus service to the airport was also somewhat chaotic."
