Great location, friendly staff, and close to many restaurants, shops, and things to do. Easy to get around on foot or by public transit. The hotel offers great views of both midtown and downtown. So many great restaurants nearby, with Little Italy, Chinatown, and Soho within walking distance. The hotel offers good discounts to guests for many nearby restaurants and shops. Very quiet at night. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

We loved this hotel. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Excellent lighting for reading. Bathroom was great with unbelievable water pressure in both bath and shower. Wonderful cleaning staff. Great trip.

The ladies in the breakfast section was very very sweet and kind to my family. We will never forget them. But the one lady that works the front desk kinda tall and thin was very very rude for no reason whatsoever.
