"I booked this room for my parents so they could have a small getaway. I was a little nervous since it was so affordable. My mom texted after getting into the room and said the lobby and staff were great and then went on and on about how nice and clean the room was! She said it smelled so good and would love to know what they cleaned with. My parents are in their 70’s and also mentioned that they felt safe and the hotel was very convenient to downtown and the river which is what they wanted. We will all be back!"

"This is really a motel not a hotel. It’s old and the renovations are minimal. We had a hard time finding parking despite paying an extra fee for parking in their lot. The bed was uncomfortable and there was a lot of noise from the neighbors as well as the parking lot. Check in staff was very nice but the check out staff was not as friendly."

"Staff was friendly, rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was fabulous and we will stay there again. Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast. There is a nice restaurant attached, but that can make parking tricky in the evening."

"Our initially assigned room had a bed frame structure issue which required getting a new room. The front desk was very helpful and patient with this! Then the highway noise was a little unavoidable - but it really only took off in the early morning."
