"We were looking to book a shorter week in Fairfield to check out the university. This property allowed a shorter stay, which was extremely convenient for us. The location was a short drive to the university and within walking distance to the beach. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous. All levels were tastefully decorated, the house was clean, well lit, and included all modern amenities. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and responded in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to stay here again. One of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever stayed at near the beach."
"Nice stay for 2 weeks in a x2 double bed with kitchenette. Although small kitchen. Had exactly what was required. Microwave over, sink, fridge freezer and a small hob.
Decent size bathroom with walk in shower. Room cleaned every 2-3 days to a good standard with fresh towels and linen.

"We had a great stay due to the home’s perfect location - quiet, beachfront, with easy access to area hot spots - and so many visible fireworks displays across the water, we lost track. The patio is perfect for enjoying meals outside and a few steps stroll across the street you’re on the beach making s’mores for dessert. The house could be amazing with more TLC. We weren’t surprised by this as it is what the pictures show. However the unexpected for me, was what I’ll call the one dimensional hospitality. What you see in pictures is your experience. As you read reviews for other properties you see throughout reference to “the little things” that really set a rental apart. There is none of that here. What you see in the picture is literally what you get. For instance, upon arriving we had to search the home to find towels. There were none in the bathrooms. Also, there is only one beach towel so it’s apparently BYO when it comes to beach towels. This isn’t mentioned in the listing so we were unprepared. Did towels ruin our vacation? Of course not. But if you’re looking for “the little things” - you won’t find that here but you can still create an idyllic 4th of July weekend. "
