Welcome to this stunning beachside condo on the 25th floor, with breathtaking panoramic views of the beach and bay! Relax on the spacious balcony, enjoying the warm sea breeze as you watch the waves caress the shore. The open-concept living area is filled with natural light, thanks to large windows that offer a front-row seat to beautiful sunrises and of course, the occasional SpaceX launch! Don’t miss the chance to make this incredible beachside condo your next destination!

Condo Rules:
-No Smoking of any kind, including vaping
-Do not leave children unattended on the balconies
-Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in.
-A MAXIMUM of 8 guests permitted, this includes infants and children. NO Exceptions
-ONLY registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
-ONLY owners are permitted to have visitors.
-No pets allowed
-NO candles allowed in condo
-Unruly behavior will not be tolerated
-Failure to abide by Sapphire or house rules may result in fines and/or evictions.

Please note: Sapphire guests do not have access to the pool area at Margaritaville. The restaurant and indoor bar are open to the public.

You may purchase a resort access pass from Margaritaville if you would like access to their pool.

Really couldn’t be much better

Our group of six stayed for a long weekend. First time at the Sapphire and this condo but would definitely return. Spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the large living room couch and kitchen seating area. Great views! Perfect to watch the SpaceX launch. Was pleasantly surprised to find a wagon, chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and an umbrella in the closet! Beside the beach, the kids enjoyed the enormous pool and game room downstairs.
