Retama! This picturesque, two-story beach house was remodeled in 2023 and features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a semi-open kitchen, living and dining area. The front door opens to the ground level of the home. This floor features one of the guest bedrooms, as well as a guest bathroom & living area that will have a futon bed. The laundry room with a washer & dryer is accessible next to the front door. The first bedroom is equipped with full-size bed. The first level has a flat-screen TV in the living area and can sleep 3 comfortably. The second level of this spacious beach house features the bright kitchen, dining and living area, as well as the second and third guest room which entails a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV Master suite. The kitchen has beautiful countertops, brand new all black appliances including a refrigerator, built-in microwave, dishwasher, oven & stove. The cabinetry is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes & utensils and the large center island countertop provides ample space to make delicious home-cooked meals! The living room is just off the kitchen and dining area. The flat-screen TV is surrounded by a comfortable living room set where you can sit back and relax, or entertain family & friends. Just down the hall, you'll find the third guest bedroom that features a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV, as well as the second guest bathroom. Slip away into your elegant Master bedroom! The property was clean and had lots of space. The private pool was relaxing and in great condition. The location was the best part of our stay -- just a block away from the beach without the beachfront price. Close to good restaurants on the beach.
