This spot offers a secure entrance with 1 dedicated parking spot under the building. This is a super clean, bright & airy condo on the 3rd floor with a great balcony that overlooks the pool area. The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with all pots, pans, dishes, etc to make convenient & money saving meals. This opens to the living area that features a pull out couch & all tile floors. The bedroom features 2 queen beds, as well as the condo having a full bathroom. This property has an elevator as well. Gulfpoint has public beach access you can walk to, don’t forget to bring a wagon for your beach gear. The biggest reason to stay at Gulfpoint: Please understand this is a one bedroom condo not on the beach. It is ideally suited for two adults and two children - while you can have more - you likely are not going to be happy if you do that. We've had reviews pertaining to this situation and we want to bring it to your attention. Is a clean functional property and has a nice non heated pool and is walkable to the beach, but it is not beachfront and it is not brand new nor completely remodeled. We just want to set proper expectations upfront prior to booking One of the best pool areas for families for a complex not beachfront Heated Hot Tub Great community use BBQ grills that are hard to find elsewhere Tennis courts, small fitness center, & community room for playing cards etc Walk to great restaurants like Seaside Grill, Sea Ranch, Dirty Al’s & Mahi Nics Washer & Dryers are available at complex Super family friendly overall with easy walk to beach Secure parking We do allow up to 6 total people to stay here, as there is a pull out couch. Please understand this is not ideal on bedding for that many unless children. You can have up to (1) dog with a $75 fee, though please review house rules on a pet. \*\*Important Details\*\* Please contact us with any questiona prior to making a reservation—not after—as we have a strict cancellation policy. We are fully disclosing this before booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules, as well as submit a Docusign rental agreement contract with a photo ID to age verify. We do offer off season discounts for stays over 4 nights Sept 2 to Dec 20th, as well as active military & tackle football coach discounts. Just contact us we would love to hook you up if you qualify. We provide completely contactless entry via our E-locks, and operate locally as South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, TX 78597\. Door code is provided by 3 pm to the cell phone on file via text message day of check in. As professionally managed you can be assured of a very clean property. We do provide a basic starter of toiletries, soaps, trash bags dishwasher pods, etc - though not replenished nor unlimited so please plan accordingly. While we have the highest level of internet available from Spectrum, wifi connection on the island frequently goes out – please make sure you are aware of this as we cannot guarantee the ‘net’ – this is an Island  Important: Please read, agree, and understand all house rules prior to booking. We do not offer refunds after booking, so please ask questions beforehand. City of South Padre Short Term Rental License available upon request. Gulfpoint homeowners association does carry a variable scale for condo security wristband fees. Currently, we have standardizes at a flat $20 per person although in the month of March the HOA requires a $35 per person condo security wristband fee as well as Easter week (semana santa). This fee is not refundable and it is build after the booking is made. This is not our fee. It is a homeowners association fee and if you do not wish to pay us, you do not have to, but you have to then check in between 3 PM and 5 PM and pay this fee to Security in all cash. They will not take a credit card when you arrive otherwise for your convenience, we can pre-collect.
