Completely remodeled in summer of 2023, stocked with brand new furniture and amenities! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home. Less than a 1-minute walk to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. This family friendly home sleeps 16 and has a private pool and two balconies. Each staircase has a chair escalator for those that have difficulty with stairs. The space Kitchen is fully loaded with essentials to prepare yummy meals with lots of space, large pantry, a dining table that seats 10 people, and 4 counter stools at the Island. Spacious Living Room with 1 Sleeper Sofa and 1 Regular Sofa. Massive 70" TV with Roku. Powder Room off kitchen and living room. The pool is private. You can access the pool from the 1st floor bedroom or by walking down a small flight of stairs off the 2nd floor living room.
