Our stay was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable! One of the biggest highlights was the incredible view of the Pyramids and the Sphinx directly from our room. Waking up and being able to look out at such an iconic view was breathtaking and made our trip to Egypt even more special. The food was delicious and fresh, and we really enjoyed everything we tried. The customer service was also exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. A very special thank you to Sarah, who made our entire trip so much easier and stress free. She helped plan our itinerary for the whole trip and arranged our drivers and tour guides, so we were able to experience Egypt without having to worry about all the details. Everything was organized so well, and having that level of assistance made a huge difference. Between the spectacular Pyramid and Sphinx views, delicious food, excellent service, and the help we received planning our activities, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Egypt, especially if you want an unforgettable view and wonderful hospitality. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Check-in was fast and easy. The room was clean room and the bed was comfortable. Views were Incredible from both our room and the Roof Top 7000 restaurant. Breakfast buffet was excellent and choices were varied; coffee was good. Dinner menu had many choices. Minor issues we encountered: 1. Our balcony door was unusable even after a request for repair. 2. The elevator at times was inoperative. 3. The shower was open (no door) and sprayed water into the bathroom, and the floor was slippery. 4. A lot of street noise later at night and bright lights from construction across the street. We ate dinner at the Roof Top on 3 of 7 nights during our stay but chose alternative places to dine because 1. food was served as much as 20 minutes apart to each of the three of us so we really could not eat together, 2. some hot dishes were served cold because they were not served promptly, 3. servers at times were un-attentive, and 4. music was so loud as to stifle conversation.
