Cannot fault these guys. We stay here regularly and would not have any trouble recommending. The staff are professional and help you with anything you need. Staff have organised my shopping and put things away in the fridge and freezer so they do not spoil. I had a dinner party once and they made sure I had everything to serve my guests. A true find, this place. See you soon.
When we arrived I was unsure how to check in as there is no reception desk. Luckily there was a lovely lady checking in another couple in the lobby that helped us check in. She showed us to our room and the facilities (pool, bbq area and gym) and also helped us park the car in the hotels car park. There was no extra pillows or blankets in the small bedroom in the apartment but there was a reverse cycle heater to warm us up. There is a balcony in each room to provide fresh area and a good sizes kitchen to prepare meals including a dishwasher! Overall apart from the check in problem, small bedroom and extra linen, this is a lovely hotel to stay at. Half way between Albert park and Melbourne CBD, only a short walk to the tram line and a short trip either way.
