The listing is through TurnKey and you can communicate with them any time of the day through text. Location is an area with cluster of nice and updated homes. You also turn off the 50 highway to get here which before you get closer to town, so we got to avoid some of the holiday weekend traffic. And you're still only 15-20 mins away from the main area if you're going to the casinos or renting a boat. The house was very spacious and felt that the pictures on the site didn't do justice. I'm used to seeing out-dated cabins and this was not it. It was also spotless and smelled clean, so kudos to their cleaning team. Showers had good water pressure. The only downside is that the bed in our room (the full-sized bed), was very creaky and uncomfortable. I don't recommend sleeping with your partner/friend, I didn't sleep very well. The kitchen had way more gadgets than expected, which was useful as we were trying to avoid dining out during COVID- hand mixers, tons of bowls, tupperware, 2 types of coffee makers, etc. Knives could have been sharper though, but that was totally expected and we came prepared.
