#### Great Location

Stayed for 3 nights over New Years weekend. Excellent property, walking distance to all Stateline activities, very responsive hosts. During our stay the coffee pot cracked and it was replaced the next day. Couldn’t be happier.

#### Relaxing cozy feel cottage

Very cozy place. It was quiet and has the vibes of a small cottage. They provided everything for you such as bedding, towels, wifi, kitchen with kitchen essentials (if you feel like cooking), bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap). The guest service also quickly responded when I needed help with something. Heater worked perfectly for us. Both sofa and bed were pretty comfortable.

#### Cute Safe Place

The house is very cute and comfortable for 2 guests. Kitchen had basic amenities that we didn't get a chance to use. The heater worked very well which was important because of the unexpected snow in early November. Cons: There is no curtain on the top front door window. My husband and I are a bit taller and could see other guests coming and going. The hot tub is located directly outside the bedroom window and the walls are pretty thin. We could hear other guests talking in the hot tub while we were laying in bed like they were in the room with us. Overall a very nice, clean place that felt very cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

#### Conveniently located, but needs a few more perks

The unit was hot and stuffy. All of the other hotels in the neighborhood had air conditioning, but this one did not. You may only need AC a few times each year in Tahoe, but we needed it at the time of our stay. No instructions about the WIFI or how to use the TV. Bare minimum as far as supplies.

#### Infinitely Better Than a Hotel

I had never stayed in a cabin, or anything similar before, so this was a pleasant surprise. It genuinely feels like a home away from home. The place is in a good state of repair and clean. The only thing that didn't work was a stand-alone electric heater in the bathroom. It doesn't really impact the comfort of the place, but if I owned this unit I'd fix it. There are enough basics such as dishes and towels, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Most hotels have ultra-plush (mushy) beds, but the bed in this place is on the firm side, which my wife and I prefer. The gas oven/stove and dishwasher worked fine. The heater in this unit is a gas-fired convection unit that works well but does make some noise as it heats up and cools down. It didn't bother me at all, but my wife found it a bit annoying at night while trying to sleep. WiFi is available and worked ok, except on the evening of a snow storm that blew through, which may be expected. Cell reception was good enough to keep us connected. In summary I would go out of my way to stay here again in the future. It's clean, has a hot tub and a gas grill right outside the door, lots of trees, but is just a minute away from everything.

#### cozy getaway home

short walk to heavenly village, restaurants and casinos. Nice space with all the accommodations needed for a comfortable stay. Will be staying here again.
