Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only. Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.
