Quiet location with vacancy lots at the front, back and right side. Convenient to Lake Tahoe, Fallen Leaf Lake, Echo Lake, ski resorts (Heavenly, Sierra-at-Tahoe, and Kirkwood), and various trails. Fully furnished including WiFi, full kitchen, laundry, and 2 car parking spaces on site. Location is close enough to most everything. It was a good week long stay for our family of 3 and dog. The only suggestions would be some more comfortable seating in the living room. Maybe another loveseat or big cozy chair. It was mostly myself and kiddo cozying on the only small couch in the living room and my husband sat at the table, dining chair or beach chair in the evenings. The house heater is completely shut off in the summer so they had 2 small plug in heaters, I assume one for each room but the living room was chilly in the mornings.
