Only thing I could say could be better is parking, there is an assigned spot but you only get one space per unit. The location is perfect. Right on the lake. Even though the property is right off the main street in and out of town the property is quiet and has a secluded feel. The unit itself has a large perfectly equipped kitchen and large open living and dining spaces. Plenty of room for family to relax without feeling cramped. We'll be back I'm sure. ##### debbie b. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. The 3rd-floor primary room had a nice, soft king bed, but the others in other bedrooms could be upgraded to softer mattresses. That is how everyone enjoys a good night's sleep! It's right on the water with mountain views, a 4 minute walk to the Boathouse on the Pier restaurant, and just a few minutes drive to the Heavenly gondola & Incline Village. We received daily updates from the property management team, and Dan Breckenridge, the on site maintenance/caretaker greeted us on arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots/pans, spices, etc for our party of 8\. There was also plenty of seating around the living room fireplace and dining table for all of us. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the hot tub as it had a leak that wasn't repaired during our stay. The shower water pressure was weak, but looked like it could be fixed with a lime treatment, or new showerheads. Viking appliances are nice, but the fridge is not very deep, so a weekend's worth of groceries for 8 was about all it could hold. Definitely pick up more ice for your stay. Between bloody Mary's, bourbon on the rocks, and margaritas, we gave the ice maker a workout. I've passed the Sierra Shores listing onto several family & friends, and would absolutely stay again. We appreciate you opening your vacation home to us, and as an artist, I loved your beautiful glasswork, and paintings. Thank you! ##### deanna c. Dan the caretaker was just a kick and so helpful during our visit.The highlight of our trip was the 3 hour evening dinner cruise on the is a must !
