Walking distance to a variety of things plus free beach access, fire pits and 2 pools/hot tubs. We had enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. The unit was clean; however, be aware that the unit does not have a washer/dryer or ice maker in fridge. They are available across the parking lot in the lodge. There is a fee each time you use washer and dryer. While there is a full kitchen, it is poorly stocked with only a small frying pan, unseasoned cast iron skillet, no foil/ Saran Wrap/ziplock bags and dull knives. We were also disappointed that the unit did not have games or puzzles. We have rented many units. It's a great place to stay right near the lake. I think we timed a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. The condo is easy to access, very close to the parking, comfortable, clean, and we had a great stay.
