Amazing experience in this beautiful cottage! Amazing sleep! Just wow! Everything was great. Used the warm hot tub outside and slept so great. Every is clean.

They don't provide with basic toiletries like body wash and shampoo. Zero in hospitality. The property expects you to empty your trash while you check out. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

Sorry to hear that you are wrong about hospitality. You could have asked if you were not sure about shampoo and body wash, but we are not hotel, wich you already knew when you made the reservation.

Private hot tub was a very nice bonus, along with being able to sit in the tub at hear calls from far away of Whimbrel, Curlew, Whooper Swans, Godwits, and Artctic Terns. (Or at least that what my Merlin app claims they were.)

Had a cabin for 6 for one night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great space for a family (2 bedrooms - single over double bunk beds) and a kitchen/living area. Loved having our own private hot tub. Beds/pillows were just OK. Added breakfast and was happy with variety (even had scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage for the American crowd).

The cabbin was amazing very warm and comfortable , great hot tub although i think the snow needed clearing a bit more around the area to enter the hot tub , it was a bit dicy getting in and out . It did say it had a restaurant and bar both these where closed which would have been a big problem had we not taken food .nearest town is maybe 1hr return

Lovely peaceful and comfortable cabin
Great log cabin with private decking and hot tub area. Spacious cabin which included all the essentials in the kitchen. Great base to see thingvellir, kerid, geyser and gullfoss. Served food which was ok. We were lucky enough to see the Aurora duing our stay.

Wifi in room did not work. Heater in Main kitchen room and family room could not be increased to desired heat level. Only bedroom heater worked. If this was fixed it would be great. We got wifi in their Msin building in the dining area.

We enjoyed our two night stay here while exploring the Golden Circle. Great location for sightseeing and local geothermal spas. We loved the hot tubs and takeout from the restaurant was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

It was excellent. There are even pots, knives and some other kitchenware here. U can cook everthing if you have vege or meat. Receptionist is friendly. Even the fisrt aid pack you can find in the room.

A great place to stay!
The owner greeted us & was kind enough to let us check in 1/2 and hour early. He also was super helpful with checking in about our plans for the next day as a storm was coming in to where we were headed. The food in the Restaurant was delicious at both breakfast and dinner. The owner and staff were all lovely to interact with and very helpful! Overall a lovely property even in a very windy snowy March!

The cottage was very comfortable and a great stopover while you're doing the Golden circle (if you're not doing it in one day). The hot tub was fantastic and we got to watch the northern lights while sitting in it. Breakfast is optional which we opt in on. We are so glad that we did, as it was buffet style with hot food items and continental items.

Perfect location on the Golden Circle. Close to the Kerid Crater. Friendly staff and easy check in. Our cottage was quiet and quant. It was clean and had all the basic nessasities for an overnight stay. The beds were comfortable. Great option for an overnight stay.

Great cabin with friendly service
We loved the cabin and restaurant. It was roomy and perfect for our family. There was plenty of living space and bedrooms. The hot tub took 30 minutes to fill but it was hot and clean. The cabin was very clean and beds were comfortable. It had all of the supplies we needed. There was a grill in the deck. It was central to many of the Golden Circle attractions. Everyone we talked to at the reception area was very helpful and friendly. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Breakfast was okay. Our dinner was tasty and prices seemed pretty good.

Booked this property last minute because of a storm and had to check in late. They called me after booking and left the key for us, the staff was great during our stay. We stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom cottage, it had plenty of room for 4 young adults. Only complaint was the WiFi was a little spotty but at the reception area there is good WiFi. Overall it was our favorite (and best priced) accommodation during our trip to Iceland.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Close to major attractions which were easily drivable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The cottages allowed extra room to relax and there is a hot tub! We would stay ther again!

Horrible TV and Hot Tub wouldnt get hot.
It was cute upon entering, the beds were a bunk bed style so it was hard to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom with my husband and I sharing the bottom twin bed. The TV was very old and the channels we did receive we're covered by a giant no signal sign on the screen. This was disappointing considering the cottage right across from us had a large, working flat screen TV. We were excited to stay here and chose it for the Jacuzzi, which was filled for us when we arrived. The temp was only 33C, so we switched the knob to make it hotter and the temp actually dropped to 31. After speaking with someone at the front desk we were told it just takes some time and maybe we should try refilling the tub with fresh water. So we did, and come midnight the temp was still hovering around 32C. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing as we could have stayed somewhere else cheaper, and actually had a TV to watch or something to do in the local area. In the morning all the woman at the front desk said was "oh, we haven't ever had any other problems with it". You would think when you pay more for something, that it would work and/or be up to date. So overall I'd say we are very unhappy with our stay.
