The area was very nice. It was a quick drive to the Maritime Museum and downtown South Haven. We really enjoyed being there during the winter. When we arrived the driveway and walk were snow covered, but host responded quickly with a solution. The house was well stocked and very comfortable we enjoyed our stay and it fit our needs. Our only criticism would be the furnishings while comfortable were quite dated, additionally We would suggest a written instructions on the operation of the TV.Finally during our stay there was a power outage not realizing if it was a power company issue or a breaker problem we called the property management company and despite it being a blown transformer in the neighborhood the maintenance guy showed up to check everything, very impressed with the effort and response time. ##### Thomas M. It had a lovely wooded backyard with a firepit that unfortunately wasn't able to be used because it was full of big logs and debri all around it. House definitely needs some updating. Basement was very spacious with bed and bathroom. Shower in basement barely worked. Window sills all full of dirt,cobwebs..Only 1 kitchen towel. Discussed all with host who was apologetic.
