I arrived late 10pm after being at Geelong Hospital Emergency, as my house mate had an accident at work. The only room available showing on the internet was this one but the owner helped me get into room and bought a generous jug of milk so i could have a cuppa and breakfast next morning. Greeted with smile even when very late. Grateful Appreciation. P. Jones

HORRENDOUS!! I’ve fought with both Wotif and the property owner about getting a refund for misleading advertising and such a filthy room that we left after one night but paid for three. Both parties put the onus onto the other and no one will give a refund. The place is a worksite. We got a “renovated room” complete with wires hanging out of the ceiling, other people’s pubes on the toilet, someone else’s toothpaste spit on the taps, smears on the mirror, dried crusty stuff on the bedspread and the list goes on! And that’s only the room, wait till you see the view of scaffolding & builders rubbish outside your windows, bundles if wires over the doorway and the unidentified brown poop-like substance that’s been flung at the reception door. Not surprising! I might have done the same if I’d felt like hanging around any longer. Don’t waste your money!!

A worksite (long term) unprofessional repairs. Overall below standard for the money paid. Facilities poor. Fittings poor. Cleanliness very poor. Not a pleasant place.

Revolting place, rude service
This place is absolutely disgusting. I’ve honestly seen cleaner places at a dog kennel. From the moment you drive in there is just rubbish everywhere. When we arrived the man at reception tells us he has no room even though we had booked a room online, he then gives us a room that he saves for homeless people. The room stunk of cat urine, the sheets looked like they had never been changed and the curtains were filthy not to mention the multiple dirt and dust over the floors and surfaces. The room literally made me sick and he wanted $200!! Needless to say we didn’t stay and went elsewhere! This place needs to be shut down by the health inspector!!
