This comfortable South Dennis vacation house is located in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to Cape Cod’s most popular beaches, and steps from the Cape Cod rail trail. The Cape’s famous Mayflower beach is only a short drive away, as well as many Dennis beaches and local area golf courses. Conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Private backyard with patio, outdoor shower, and fire pit. Central air. 2 spacious bedrooms (one with new King mattress, other with new Queen mattress) as well as a new sectional with queen sofa bed.

The house was clean with comfortable beds and furniture. Great fenced in backyard and small patio area. Nestled in a nice quiet neighborhood; it’s a little further (10 min drive) from the beaches, but very easy drive to local grocery store and highway/rt 6. The owner was very quick with replies to messages.

The property was very nice and the owner fairly responsive when there was an issue. We had a couple of issues and contacted her right away. There was a nice patio area outside that was great for a morning coffee. A very nice two-bedroom home.

We stayed in this house for a little vacation after a family wedding down the Cape. Upon entry the house was very clean. It has that cottage feel. It was fantastic that linens, pots, pans, silverware, soap (hand and dish), paper towels etc were provided for use. It gave us the ability to pack a bit lighter than we normally would have needed. Property manager was very responsive when door lock wouldn’t work. Overall, we had a great week staying at this property. We can’t wait to come back next year!
