We have done everything possible to overcome this problem, providing a fan in the room and offering you some amenities as a sort of compensation.Your booking was with an already discounted rate, therefore, after checking with our Reservation Department, it was told us that it was not possible to make further refunds on it.We are truly sorry that you experienced any inconveniences during your stay and that we were unable to resolve them as you would have liked.We hope that you can soon return to stay in our Hotel and we will be happy to show you that all the positive reviews written by our guests are not invented and that the quality of our services and the courtesy of our staff are among the best, here in Český Krumlov.We thank you for choosing us and hope to see you again soon.Best regards

But we will definitely try to improve, following your suggestion.As far as the "deposit" is concerned, we are sorry and we are surprised that you find it "incomprehensible " to ask for a deposit as a guarantee, when instead it is a very normal procedure, when you use an asset that you do not own. For example, If you rent a car, an amount (much higher than 2.000 CZK) is blocked on your credit card, which is released once it has been verified that no damage has been done to it or that the tank has been filled. With the same concept, the guest is asked for a deposit which will be immediately returned, if there was no extra consumptions (from the Restaurant, for example) or if there was no damages found in the room. Honestly it's even a low amount, if you consider these cases.In any case, we hope you will soon have another opportunity to stay in our Hotel and we will do our best to make your stay even better than the one you had.Best regards
