It was a fantastic stay with everything within the reach! Great views of the river and the castle with the city centre a few minutes away. We stayed over Christmas- staff was supportive, helpful and very friendly. Jana at the front desk was very very helpful and nice! We will recommend this hotel strongly and hope to come back again! Flawless and superb!

The property is situated in a wonderful location beside the river with a view of the castle and close to attractions and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent.

Excellent location! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Our only issue was with the Expedia amenities description where it stated in two places there are “laundry facilities” and “laundry service” is also listed separately. They do not have self-service laundry facilities and they said their laundry service was not available on weekends. We were on a long trip and we were really counting on the laundry facilities and that was a major factor for why we chose this hotel. Parking is quite far away in a public lot—we were capable, but some people might not be able to haul their luggage that far. I recommend calling ahead for parking instructions. The location is the best—everything is walkable from here. We got some great photos of the castle from our room.

Great location at the center of the down. Easy walk to major attractions. The room is clean. Free breakfast. All are excellent! If you drive by yourself, note that you need park outside the town and walk into the property (about 10 minutes walk)

Beautiful room on the fourth floor. It had a separate entrance area with a door on the left to a large bathroom, the door to the right had the bedroom area. This area not only had a comfortable bed but a couch with coffee table as well as another table with two chairs. It is set on the corner so two windows with views of the castle and the river. Just lovely. The breakfast buffet also had a lovely spread.

Good location with some rooms overlooking the river and the Castle. All key sites easily walkable from the hotel. Cesky Krumlov is VERY busy during the day during the main tourist months so it was useful to have a 'bolthole' to escape the crowds and, during our visit, the heat (36'c ++). There is no air conditioning but our room was equipped with a standing fan which was efficient. Rooms on floors 2,3 and 4 have best views. Rooms ending x01 are on the corner and have large bedroom with seating area, dressing area and large bathroom - they stretch from one side of the hotel to the other.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of the touristy area. We stayed in the suit with the balcony. The suit was huge with plenty of room for four people. The view from the balcony was unbeatable. There is no a/c in the hotel. However, there were two fans, and with the open windows they provided enough breeze. Check In and check out was very easy. The breakfast was adequate. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Can not beat the location and/or the view afforded by this hotel. Easy walk from parking lot as well as to the shops and attractions of Cesky Krumlov, all for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was also nice.

Located in the heart of town, the hotel Dvorak made a convenient base for sightseeing. We arrived worn from a day's traveling and needed to make changes to our future schedule. The desk staff went out of their way to assist us. Because it is so centrally located, noise does drift up to the rooms but it wasn't enough to disrupt my sleep.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but I’m very disappointed their service. The lady in the front desk doesn’t even know about hotel policy. She shouted and show my room number to me in crowded circumstance as other guests notice and was very rude to me. I’ve stayed in many different hotels overseas with normal experience, but I felt awful and insulted in the hotel. Definitely I’m not going back and won’t recommend the hotel to the other people.

Dear madam, thank you for your visit in our hotel. We would like to invite you by your name, as hotel staff remembers our guests in their name, unfortunately, the protection of personal data does not allow us to do so. We would like to respond to your comment. It is a good habit if you stand by your opinion to sign it. Your reservation was for 2 people, you arrived as 3 persons. When we told you that you have to pay for a third person, you responded outraged that we are requesting a payment for an extra bed for a 6year-old child, even though all the information is listed on the Expedia-group where you booked your room. We are convinced that hotel staff knows everything about hotel policy very well. It is a standard procedure for us to tell the hotel guests their room number, the floor where their room is located, where the lift is and where and when the breakfast is served. You refused this information and requested an escort. According to the record, at reception you were with your husband, baby and the chambermaid, who was summoned to arrange an extra bed. During your checkout, you were asked whether you had anything from the minibar or if you had tea, which is on a tea service table with the price per a tea-bag. Your answer was NO yet still in your presence, we found out that you had all 6 of them. When you were told that you had 6 tea-bags, you pulled out all the bags from your luggage saying you thought they were for free. Even if the tea was free, it is considered good manners to make the tea at the hotel and leave the rest of the tea-bags there!

Hotel Dvorak is excellently located at the heart of picturesque Cesky Krumlov. The building is obviously historical, but the spacious rooms are renovated to modern standards (double glassed windows, modern bathroom). Staff is friendly, breakfast great. There is a lift. No A/C. The hotel has an inside and outside seating restaurant, the outside being a) on the main drag next to the bridge over the river (Moldau / Vltava) and b) at the back (around the building) next to the river - an absolutely fabulous spot with a view of the castle. Things to mention on the "to be mentioned" side: 1) The Czech penchant for having showers in the bath tub is also the case here. 2) from 9 am to 5 pm the town is *very* crowded (imagine NYC Times Square at New Years Eve) 3) If you come with a car you'll have to drive through this densely packed crowd and finally 4) don't rely on any navigation software to get you there, hail a taxi outside of the town and drive behind the taxi. Some of the Google-maps (directions) roads recommended by the app would barely accommodate a twin pram, but definitely not a car. Lot of the above issues are "Cesky Krumlow" issues, not hotel Dvorak issues, so overall: warmly recommended, worth the visit, be aware of the access issues. Get up early and enjoy the town before the hordes arrive.

Perfect location to visit the Old town of Graz. The staff were helpful and welcoming and the breakfast spread included regional specialties. We had a wonderful three nights here.
