"This was our 2nd stay at The Palms. We have stayed 2/23 & 4/24. It was even better this 2nd time. The staff is friendly and attentive. We especially loved Vanessa & Anna in the dining area as well as the woman in the towel dispensing area. The staff on the beach were excellent as well. "

"It was perfect, beautifully decorated, great outdoor and indoor space. Food and drink was delish. The room was large, confortable and clean. Location was perfect. Walked out of hotelndoor right across from the beach. Security at entrances. Bell hop and rest of staff were quiet friendly. Really upscale. Ive found my place. I will stay there every time. Loved it. I highly recommend staying at the Tony."

"The staff was very courteous, helpful, and had great attitudes. The room was clean upon arrival, cleaned daily, and exactly what I expected when I booked it. Great location, everything felt close by. Cool rooftop pool and bar. The complimentary beach chairs, and the company they use, were great and very personable. Will stay here annually. "
