Staff was ill informed, Expedia charged us for breakfast but hotel staff simply said there is not any guest breakfast available. Also parking was available only by valet $30 per parking. Otherwise hotel didn’t have any guest parking at all.

Dear Guest Sorry for all the inconvenience caused but It is impossible that Expedia charge you for breakfast because we never have that option and the valet parking it belongs to the city of Miami Beach. any of the hotels here in the ocean drive have parking. even if you want to pay on the street you have to pay for it 4$ each hour

The hallways had an odor of cigarette smoke that was obtrusive.
