"The front desk staff was so kind and helpful I can’t remember his name but I believe he was a manager of some kind, I told him it was my first time in Austin and he gave me an amazing low down of the essential good times. The hotel is so cute aesthetically, sadly I didn’t have time to enjoy the pool area but it was lively during the day and relaxing at night. If you have your own car it’s so close to everything, and ride services are a breeze. It’s also pet friendly with a fairly inexpensive fee! "

"The location was great. The staff all went above and beyond. Every staff member went out of there way to be welcoming & accommodating. The hotel itself is worn and needs a few updates. For example our fridge did not work, and our bathroom sink was clogged ( though the staff fixed immediately). Only 1 elevator worked in the parking garage, and in the hotel only 1 elevator went to the 9th floor."

"The staff was amazing- Simone, Taylor, Marni Jo, Pedro, Carson, Alex, Frieda, and Sam. All were very friendly, professional, courteous, kind, informative, approachable, and knowledgeable. The hotel is in walking distance of so many restaurants and cultural sites. The pool is beautiful. The bars are very popular! Thank you for making our stay during the eclipse fantastic I am so grateful for the use of the electric bicycles. Thank you for providing them with helmets."
