The house features a welcoming entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room for relaxing with family or friends, three bedrooms on the ground floor with double beds (160 cm), a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, a shower room, two separate toilets, and a laundry room.  
Upstairs, there's an office space ideal for working remotely or reading in peace, and a master suite with a double bed (160 cm), a private shower room, and a separate toilet.  
Outdoors: A private terrace, perfect for dining or relaxing. Garden furniture: table, chairs, and deckchairs. A gas grill for your summer evenings.
