Discover a refined space, entirely designed for your absolute comfort. This beautiful flat has two levels and a pleasant exterior with a small courtyard. On the ground floor, you'll find a fitted and equipped kitchen with a dining area, a shower room and a toilet. On the first floor, there are four bedrooms, a shower room with WC and, on the second floor, a relaxation area with sofa and television. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen includes all the cooking utensils and appliances you need to feel at home: hob, extractor fan, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The kitchen also has a dining area with dining table and television. The shower room on the ground floor includes a washing machine and storage space. On the 1st floor, you'll find four bedrooms, two of which have a study, with storage space for clothes on hangers. There is also a shower room with WC. On the 2nd floor you will find a relaxation area with television. ArchiDuchessement Vôtre ! ​ Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle easily and free of charge in the streets surrounding the accommodation. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00\. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. For travellers arriving by train from Gare de Rouen Rive Droite, the property is easily accessible via TEOR. TEOR station n°T4 is about 5 minutes' walk away, allowing you to reach the centre of Rouen in less than 15 minutes.
