I had a dog food bowl filled with food and other dog materials even though I dont have a dog. Unsure if that was intentional. Other than that it was a nice stay and friendly staff.

Front desk was nice to upgrade our room for a nominal charge. We were visiting from the USA and most of the staff spoke only Spanish. For this reason, we were ignored, at the restaurant. No English channels to watch on TV. Bathroom is outdated. Otherwise, our overall stay was good.

Room was quiet and clean - couple items of feedback - the TV remote did not work properly, randomly would change channels; fridge was not cold - when asked at front desk was told that purpose of fridge was not to be cold, but to keep things from getting hot (?), traveling with insulin required cold; dining options were unclear, charged for buffet when instead we just wanted toast and coffee. Staff very nice.

Great staff! The restaurant changed their daily special from (on menus) 15 euros to 20 euros (on bills), but the menus weren’t updated and created a bit of a mess trying to straighten it.

I love how the staff was prompt to help me changing rooms to a handicap accessible room. I am not totally handicap, but I have some mobility issues, and thus I needed help, mostly with the bathroom and shower. I thank the hotel and staff for all their kindness. This hotel I learned specializes for these issues.

Bed not as comfortable as expected. No air conditioning because November but room too warm ( top floor) even with window open. (And I like warmth but this was too hot for me)

Excellent staff, the hotel should focus on acoustically adapting the rooms to give more privacy to guests (something that all hotels in Spain should do).

Nice stay in Madrid!
I have stayed a couple of times in this hotel. Located in a residential area and has a bus stop close by. You can walk about 20 minutes to the subway too. Personal was very nice and helpful. Hotel has an underground parking. Rooms are clean, a little bit outdated but beds are comfortable.

Had to wait way too long to be seated and give room number in dining area. Made contact with attendant but didn’t say “I’ll be right with you” if she was busy, just waited way too long. I’ve noticed that all through Spain…just wait or flag someone down if you need help, no acknowledgement

Ilunion belongs to ONCE, a Spanish organization for the blind but the benefits and working possibilities also extend to other people with disabilities. The manager, Mr Ramon went beyond his duties to make us feel extra welcomed. I will keep these hotels on my list to stay there, when there is one
