The villa is walking distance to a restaurant within the community as well as the local town which is filled with restaurants, grocery store, drug store, shopping and nightlife. The beach is also within walking distance. A car is not needed to get around however should you choose to have one, there is a secure parking pad for you to park free of charge. Important Notes: Electricity Usage – 25 kw per day electricity consumption is included in your overall price, which is normally more than enough for normal use. If you exceed 25 kw per day, you will pay the excess consumption at a rate of ($17 pesos per kw). Just make sure you switch off the air conditioning and lights correctly, especially during the day when you leave your villa. \- Family friendly\\Visitors must be registered - To ensure the highest level of safety and security, all guest must register with their passport or ID at the security gate.. \- Inappropriate behavior and loud noise - please have refrain from inappropriate behavior and loud noise.
