Ramona was great in communication as I had issues with airline changing day of flight as well as flight delays on day of arrival. Delay caused her to stay later to check me in on arrival. She was able to accommodate changes because of the airline. My favorite feature was the balcony, the roar of the ocean and partial water views were great. This is not a new facility but nice and the location was a main decision factor because I did not want to need to rent a car. Location is right where you want to be to walk to where you want to go.
